Quizzle AI is operated by Identity Pixel Design Ltd, trading as Quizzle AI.
This policy applies to purchases, subscriptions and paid features made through the Quizzle AI website, mobile application and related services.
2. Digital nature of our services
Quizzle AI provides digital educational content, quiz features, AI assisted learning tools, personalised learning experiences and subscription based access.
As our services are digital, there are no physical products to return.
3. App Store and Google Play purchases
If you purchase a subscription, paid feature or other digital service through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your payment is processed by the relevant app store provider.
In these cases, refund requests must usually be made directly through Apple or Google, as we do not control their payment systems, billing decisions or refund approval processes.
You should refer to the refund process provided by the platform used to make your purchase.
4. Website purchases and direct payments
If you make a payment directly to Quizzle AI through our website or another direct payment method, refund requests should be sent to us using the contact details at the end of this policy.
We will review refund requests fairly and in line with this policy, our Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer law.
5. Your cancellation rights
Where applicable, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.
However, where you have requested or agreed to immediate access to digital content or digital services, you may lose your right to cancel once access has started, to the extent permitted by law.
This includes circumstances where you have started using paid digital content, accessed premium features or used subscription based services during the cancellation period.
6. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal payments. It does not automatically provide a refund for any previous subscription period that has already started, unless required by law or approved by the relevant payment provider.
If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, you must cancel it through the relevant app store account settings.

7. When refunds may be considered

- You have been charged more than once for the same purchase
- You paid directly through Quizzle AI and have not accessed or used the paid digital service
- The service is unavailable due to a fault on our side and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution
- A refund is required under applicable consumer law
8. When refunds will not usually be issued
Refunds will not usually be issued where:
- You have changed your mind after accessing paid digital content or premium features
- You forgot to cancel a subscription before it renewed
- You no longer wish to use the service after the paid period has started
- You purchased through Apple or Google and have not followed their refund process
- Your account has been restricted, suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions
9. Free trials and promotional offers
If Quizzle AI offers a free trial or promotional subscription, the terms of that offer will be shown at the point of sign up.
Unless stated otherwise, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the free trial or promotional period.
You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
